Configure automated email delivery for generated certificates using Smart Certificates.
Enabling Email Notifications
Send certificates directly to form respondents via email.
- Enable email delivery based on a form question (e.g., Email Address).
- Customize the email subject and body using merge fields like
{{Full Name}}or{{Form Name}}. - Attach the generated certificate in your preferred format (PDF / Image).

Once configured, Smart Certificates will begin generating and delivering certificates automatically — either in real-time (upon form submission) or through bulk actions.
